Welcome to the LCTI House Project Website. Over the course of the next two years, the students from Lehigh Career and Technical Institute will be planning and building a residential home as part of the annual LCTI House Project. The theme of the current LCTI House Project is a Universal Home Design.

Please use this site as a reference for Universal Home Design project planning and research. While construction and renovations of a structure using the principles of Universal Home Design does cost a few dollars more, the overall benefits of accessability and usability is often well worth the cost.
